Example: With this format, courses with any combination of M, W & / or F beginning at 8:30 AM would have a final exam on Monday, May 2, 2022, 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM.
Announcements concerning specific courses to be included and room assignments will be made by academic divisions involved at a later date.
If the exam schedule results in three exams scheduled on any one day, the student should bring this matter to the attention of the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.
Please note the following: Students, including students with related accommodations from the Office of Accessibility Services (OAS), must follow the posted exam schedule. Students must secure the approval of the associate dean of academic affairs to take a final exam earlier or later than scheduled.
Permission will also be granted for students scheduled to take three exams on a single calendar day (not three exams within a general twenty-four-hour period). Students must document their situation with the associate dean for academic affairs no later than April 1 in spring semester and December 1 in fall semester.
