Transcripts and Grades

Requesting a Transcript

  • Beginning September 15, 2022, all current and former students will have to create a profile in Parchment before placing their next transcript order. The profile setup is a one-time process and can be completed using any email address - not just an Emory email!
  • If you do not remember your ID and/or password, or attended prior to 2005, contact OPUSHELP@listserv.cc.emory.edu to have your account activated or reset.
  • Students who last attended prior to 1990 can only order paper transcripts, but not in an electronic/PDF format.

Transcript Delivery Methods

Electronic Transcript

Official Emory University Transcripts are delivered in a secure and certified PDF document. In most cases Electronic Transcripts are delivered within minutes of placing your order. It is the responsibility of the requestor to verify that the recipient will accept delivery of an Electronic PDF Transcript. Also, to avoid potential problems with spam filters, please instruct recipients to allow emails from Avow Systems (addsmail.com).

Notes

  • Transcript requests will not be processed for students with financial obligations to the University. Please contact Student Financial Services at 404-727-6095.
