EmoryCard

  • is the official ID card of the University
  • contains your meal plan information and grants access to the Oxford Dining Hall
  • can be used to make retail purchases on campus using Eagle Dollars
  • grants access to various facilities and rooms on campus, including access to the residence halls
  • is required at the library to check out books

Order a Replacement Card

New/Replacement Cards by appointment only.

Add Money Online

Login to OPUS.  Under "Finances" section of the student center, select "Make EmoryCard Deposit."  The deposit will post to your Eagle Account within 10 mins.

Tuition payments can be made online through OPUS using a US bank account. Payments can also be made via wire transfers from non-US banks or at a local Western Union.

There are several ways to make a payment on your student account:

  • The quickest way to make a payment is through the secure online system, OPUS.
  • Mail payment to our office address:

    Attn: Financial Services Seney Hall Room 107
  • Make payment by cash or check at the Financial Services cashier window located in Seney Hall, first floor, room 107. 

    Cash or Check payments must be made at the Cashiers Office Window

  • If you are using an international bank, pay by wire transfer.

Oxford College Financial Services has a Notary Public on staff, located in Seney Hall room 107.  A Notary Public is a public servant appointed by state government to witness the signing of important documents and administer oaths.

Time and Attendance (TAS)

This system allows you to make entries over the telephone using your employee ID number. It collects and organizes your entries and sends them to Payroll, where the information is used to generate a paycheck.

How to clock in & out:

  • Call 2-6666 "Time is __. Please enter employee #."
  • Enter employee number "Please enter Clock Code."
  • Time In= 1 "Clock in/out recorded. Thank you for using the TAS system."
  • Time Out= 9
  • Hang Up.

Employee Responsibilities:

  • Time in and out as close to the beginning and end of your workday as possible.
  • Report your own time accurately and consistently, If you believe you have made an error, contact your timekeeper as soon possible.
  • Obtain approval from your supervisor for any changes to your schedule.
  • Keep your employee number confidential, only you, your timekeeper, and your supervisor need to know your number.
  • Any employee found using another employee's number will be subject to disciplinary action.
