Gilbert Bookstore

The Oxford College Bookstore branded the Gilbert Bookstore, is located in the Oxford Student Center, and is a full-service Barnes and Noble College store.

Emory has two full-service bookstore locations:

  • Barnes & Noble @ Emory - located off of Oxford Road on the Emory Atlanta Campus
  • The Gilbert Bookstore - located in the Student Center on the Oxford College campus

Both locations are operated by Barnes and Noble College Stores (bncollege).

The Gilbert Bookstore features all of the same products and services offered in the Atlanta store including, but not limited to course materials, course-related supplies, emblematic clothing and gifts, non-emblematic clothing and gifts, school supplies, general books, graduation merchandise/regalia, computer/technology products, electronics, and convenience products.

When you purchase items from the Oxford College Gilbert Bookstore a percentage of that purchase comes back to Oxford College!

Items can be purchased from the Atlanta location and shipped to The Gilbert Bookstore, for pick up, at no additional cost.   However, Oxford College only gets money back on items purchased from The Gilbert Bookstore in-person or online via Oxford’s bookstore page or by going to the Emory bookstore page and changing the location to Oxford College under the bookstore tab.

Please note: Barnes & Noble Gift Cards (physical cards) may be redeemed at any Barnes & Noble College bookstore nationwide. However, Barnes & Noble eGift Cards cannot be redeemed at Barnes & Noble College bookstores, which includes The Gilbert Bookstore.

Gilbert Bookstore Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday- Sunday: Closed 
  • Hours will be adjusted during semester breaks and holidays
