Oxford Wheels

The Oxford Wheels program at Oxford College is an exciting new vehicle reservation service that allows faculty, staff, and students the opportunity to enhance their Oxford College experience. While we are pleased to offer this new service as a privilege, with it comes great responsibility.

Program Expectations

Please read the following program expectations carefully. Misuse of any Oxford Wheels vehicles in any capacity could result in loss of driving privileges.

  • Certified drivers must follow all traffic laws, including the posted speed limits.
  • Students may not drive between the hours of 12:00a and 6:00a. Plan trips accordingly so vehicles are back at Oxford prior to 12:00a.
  • Students may not use the vehicles for overnight trips without prior approval from faculty/staff advisor to the Fleet Coordinator.
  • Students may not use the vans for trips greater than 300 miles.
  • The student certified driver who made the vehicle reservation is the only allowable driver for that trip. There are no exceptions.
  • If a vehicle has been reserved, but is no longer needed, the reservation MUST be canceled in the app.
  • If the vehicle is returned more than 15 minutes early, please contact Oxford Transportation Services to adjust the reservation return time.

Students must adhere to the Oxford Wheels program expectations and the Emory University Student Vehicle Use Policy
