To better serve the students and accommodate their busy schedules it is best to make an appointment.

Although scheduling an appointment is encouraged, Student Health Services does take walk-in patients when open slots are available. We make every effort to accommodate sick students with same day appointments.  Students who become ill during the night or early morning should schedule online or call as soon as possible for an appointment.  

Appointments for "well" visits such as physicals and prescription refills are typically scheduled in the mornings.

Student Health is a primary care facility and has limited emergency services.  Please utilize Piedmont Newton Hospital ER for emergency situations.

Late Policy

In an effort to minimize wait times and accommodate student schedules, students are required to be on time for their scheduled appointments. Students arriving more than 7 minutes after their appointment time will be marked as ‘no show’ and may call to reschedule for the next available appointment.
