Change of Information

Students can change the following items through OPUS, Online Pathway to University Students: 

• Mailing Address
• Home Address
• Phone Numbers
• Billing Address

If a student would like to change their parent address and telephone number, the student must do it in one of the following ways: 

• In person in the Registrar's Office, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday,
• Sending and e-mail to OxRegistrar@emory.edu
• Sending the change in writing to the Registrar's Office, 801 Emory Street, Hopkins Hall, Oxford, GA 30054

Residence hall room, MSC#, and telephone number 

Residence hall room, MSC# and residence hall phone number are assigned and maintained by Residential Education and Services. Contact Residential Education and Services for corrections in the residence hall room, MSC# or residence hall phone number.

Change of Name

The student's full name is entered from the application for admission. (Nicknames are not allowed) Name changes should be directed to the Registrar's Office and will only be recorded when there is sufficient evidence supporting the change. Students must provide one of the following showing the changed name: 

• Marriage License,
• Court Order
• Driver's license plus one of the following:  social security card, credit card, or bank check.
