Residence Halls
All residence halls are equipped with lounge spaces, study spaces, laundry rooms, and vending machines.
Murdy and Elizer Halls
The largest residential complex with 350 residents. The co-ed complex consists of single gender floors and co-ed floors. Amenities include laundry rooms, community bathrooms, four terraces, lounges and study rooms, flat panel TV, pool table, and a ping pong table.
moreHaygood Hall
The smallest residential complex. This co-ed building features single gender floors, small laundry rooms in each hall, and community bathrooms. Amenities include study rooms and lounges, an elevator, terrace, and courtyard.
moreJolley Residential Center
JRC consists of Bonnell, Dowman, Dickey and Stone Halls, which are connected by lounges and study rooms. JRC is a co-ed complex, however all floors are single sex. All rooms are double occupancy. Amenities include three television lounges, vending machines, and laundry facilities.
moreFleming Hall
Fleming Hall, which sits opposite Elizer Hall, is a co-ed building with single-gender wings. Fleming features 90 double rooms. Fleming's six triple rooms include enough space for three twins beds with storage space for your belongings.

Electrical outlets in each room are limited. No more than two items may be plugged into a double electrical outlet. Clocks, fans, stereos, TVs, computers, electric blankets, electric razors, refrigerators (Only One Refrigerator Is Permitted Per Room), and hair dryers are all permitted. Electric potpourri burners that are UL listed are permitted, provided that a nuisance situation does not occur. Air conditioners, ceiling fans, microwaves, toaster ovens, space heaters (except ceramic heaters supplied by the College in emergencies) and grills of any kind are prohibited. However, all items requiring the use of electricity must be Underwriters Laboratories (UL or ETL) approved. Appliances with automatic shutoff features are strongly encouraged and recommended.
All electrical devices, including refrigerators, fish tanks, and computers must be unplugged when the residence halls are closed for a college break. These include Thanksgiving Break, Winter break, and Spring Break.
If unapproved appliances are observed in a room, the student will be asked to remove them from the building. In case of noncompliance, the College reserves the right to have the items removed. The items will be returned to the student for removal from the hall upon request to Housing management.
The following utilities are INCLUDED in the rental rate for all residence halls.
